We chose Tamer because of his credentialing, hoping he had the knowledge and connections to lead us to a few good investment properties. He did not seem "invested" in helping us which was perplexing because we are definitely not hard individuals with whom to work. We had to give him lists of properties that we found. He never, despite knowing our goals, brought a list of properties he felt met our requirements. I can not assess his skills at negotiating because we never got that far.

Tamer is very knowledgeable in real-estate and is fluent in spanish. He was professional throughout the whole buying process and responsible. He never rushed out and was able to seal the deal.

I cannot begin to describe how grateful we are to Tamer Gomaa for his helpfulness and expertise in every step of our search for a home. From my first meeting with Tamer, it was clear that his goal was not to sell us any house, but to help us find the perfect home for our family. Our move required relocating from Asia to central Pennsylvania, and Tamer seemed never to sleep, often answering my emails long past "business hours." Tamer's knowledge about every aspect of home buying, from identifying one's wants and desires for a house to choosing a specific area or neighborhood to evaluating the elements of a house that add or subtract value, and even deciding on financing options is apparently inexhaustible. Finally, throughout this process, Tamer assured me that "your home is out there," which I can attest was absolutely true, and we could not have found it without him! I recommend Tamer wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a home!
